It’s smoothie time, greek yogurt blueberry smoothie time to be exact. And it just so happens to be that greek yogurt is the perfect ingredient for this delicious treat. Mainly because it tastes amazing, but also because of it’s many health benefits. The ingredients for this blueberry smoothie can all be found at your local supermarket, and are usually not expensive at all. A nice twist is to make your own greek yogurt and use that instead of buying it at the store.

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup, or a little stevia to sweeten
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in the order that's listed above.
