Everybody loves a pina colada. And you’re definitely gonna love my smoothie variation, which of course includes some delicious and super healthy greek yogurt! This smoothie is already pretty sweet because we’re gonna add a cup of fresh pineapple, but if you’d like you can add some honey or stevia to sweeten things up some more! I usually use my own homemade greek yogurt, but it’s perfectly fine to use a store-bought of a good brand as well. Besides the lovely taste, this smoothie contains lots of essential vitamins and healthy fats. Next to my blueberry and strawberry recipes, it’s definitely one of my favorites! Especially to top of a healthy breakfast.

Greek yogurt pina colada smoothie recipe
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sliced pineapple
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup low fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Tsp Stevia/honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- Blend all the ingredients together in the order that's listed above.
1/2 cup = 118 ml
