Greek yogurt blueberry smoothie recipe
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup, or a little stevia to sweeten
