Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sliced pineapple
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup low fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Stevia/honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • Handful of Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in the order that's listed above.

1 cup = 236 ml
½ cup = 118 ml
