Recipe type: Baking
Serves: 15
Ingredients
  • 2 cups bisquick (or another baking mix)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 7-up
  • ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter into a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the bisquick and greek yogurt until just combined. Don’t use your mixer, simply use a fork, spoon or even easier: your fingers. The dough should be soft and sticky.
  4. Stir in ½ cup 7 up into the dough. Don’t worry if the dough is very soft, that’s how it should be.
  5. Sprinkle your counter with bisquick and turn the dough out. Knead and fold the dough until it is coated with your baking mix.
  6. Pat the dough out until about ½ in inch thick and cut biscuits (yields about 15).
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, your biscuits should be golden brown.
